On starting to move- Swim, hike, cycle, tae kwon do, or do si do, just do something. You'll feel better. You're never going to ditch your sluggardly ways unless you make a move.

On starting an exercise plan- Start with 2-3 days a week, and as you get that added into your daily schedule, add another day, and then another when you adjust. You will pretty soon see those lbs. melting away! -Lori4squaremom
