RECIPES 1. How do I use the recipe search?
Choose the Recipes option on any search box, type a keyword into the empty field, and click Find It! You can find recipes by ingredient, chef, holiday, show titles, and show number.
* To narrow results, use and to find recipes containing ALL desired words. Example: beef and Vietnamese and Emeril
* To widen results, use or or a comma (,) to find recipes containing AT LEAST ONE of the desired words. Example: dessert, Easter, lemon; dessert or Easter or lemon
* Use proper names or words to find recipes by cuisine, chef, season, occasion, ingredient or preparation time. Examples: Italian, Sara Moulton, fall, New Year, chicken, easy
* Use quotes around words to search for that EXACT phrase only in a recipe. Examples: "fish and chips" "Sweet Dreams" "oyster stuffing" "pigs in a blanket"
* When in doubt, use capitals and lowercase letters as appropriate. Examples: SD1B56, Gale Gand, Basque Cake with Cherry Preserves
2. How else can I find a recipe that I saw on a show?
Go to our TV Show Recipes and Schedule section. Click on the show where you saw the recipe, and you will find a list recipes that have recently aired. Recipes from special feature programs on Food Network can be found within the Food Network Specials section of the TV Show Recipes and Schedule. Don't forget to scroll down the page!
Information for shows that air on Food Network Canada can be found at www.foodtv.ca.
3. Why do some recipes expire?
A "limited time" recipe is, for legal reasons, only available shortly before and for two weeks following the airing of an episode in which the recipe appeared. Many recipes in the database--from shows and other sources--are available on the site at all times. They will be there when you return the following week or month. But if a recipe you like is marked "limited time," please print out the recipe for future use, since it may not be available the next time you return.
4. Why can't I get nutritional information for the recipes?
As an entertainment network, Food Network only provides the nutritional value of recipes derived from specific health-related programs.
TICKETS, CHEFS, PROGRAMS, AND MORE 1. How do I get tickets to Emeril Live and where is it taped?
Important note: Only tickets obtained officially from Food Network in the manner described below will be honored.
Food Network conducts an Emeril Live ticket lottery at least once a year as seats become available. Because of the high volume of requests, we cannot provide tickets to all who wish to see the show. We will notify fans of entry dates through the Food Network newsletter and on www.foodnetwork.com before the next lottery entry period begins.
Sign up here to receive e-mail from FoodNetwork.com, including lottery announcements, information about online contests, special television programming announcements and more.
Emeril Live is recorded at the Food Network studios, 604 W. 52nd Street in New York City, New York.

* To narrow results, use and to find FoodTV.com articles, tools and other content which contain ALL desired words. Example: contests and Food Network; wine and France; butter and substitution.
* To expand results, use a comma (,) to find FoodTV.com articles, tools and other content which contain AT LEAST ONE of the desired words. Example: turkey, video; Emeril, tickets, sweepstakes; Unwrapped, trivia.
